Our Story

I’m Emily, the proud owner and your go-to mixologist. Born and raised in Muskoka, I’ve had the pleasure of working in all kinds of bar settings across Ontario – from dive bars and pubs to 5-star resorts. No matter where I am, I feel completely at home behind the bar!

Now living in Orillia, my partner TJ and I are on a mission to Raise the Bar for events across Simcoe County and Muskoka, bringing our passion for top-quality bartending services to every celebration.

At Sunshine and Whiskey, we don’t just pour drinks; we create unforgettable experiences. Our team is fully trained, insured, and certified in alcohol safety, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy a worry-free event. We love collaborating with caterers, venues, and event planners to make sure every detail is just right. We are excited to be expanding our service area to now cover both Simcoe County and Muskoka.
